After over 50 years of pastoral and missionary ministry, we are very excited to be using our gifts and experience to serve as FMI Emissaries in Central and South America. We will focus on caring for the FMI workers and their families in that region. Our goal is to come alongside of FMI workers to offer mentoring, encouragement, coaching and connection. We will also train coaches and mentor leaders in the region to help raise up more and better leaders for the harvest.
As mentioned above we will be focusing much of our effort on coaching and mentoring. Both Becky and I have recently gone through Coaching Certification and are poised to offer a systematic, proven, and consistent way to help develop leaders who are looking to build important skills and tools as strategic leaders.
Of course we will continue to teach and preach as needed back in our home church in Arizona, but we will also be spending more time traveling and ministering wherever the doors to minister are opened to us.
